Accessibility is one of the fundamental pillars on which our philosophy stands. For this reason, our restaurants have been designed to be accessible for everyone and are perfectly adapted to all disabilities. Likewise, our employees receive specific training to meet the special needs of clients with disabilities, such as guiding and informing blind visitors, wheelchair users or people with a hearing disability.

ESPLORE IS ACCESSIBLE: BRAILLE MENUS, INDUCTION LOOPS, ENTRY AND BATHROOMS ADAPTED TO PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY AND MANY MORE MEASURES.

At this point, thanks to the full accessibility of our restaurants, people with disabilities can enjoy equal conditions inside the premises. Specifically, the main features that guarantee the complete accessibility of ESPLORE are the following:

  • Automated entrance systems and ramp: the entrance has an automatic door that facilitates access to the visitors.

  •  Double height bar: with an adapted attention space where a person in a wheelchair or with other special needs can feel comfortable.

  •  Accessible restrooms for wheelchair users. There is a folding support bar on the one side of the toilet and a fixed support bar on the opposite side.

  • Induction loop: significantly reduces background noise, improving intelligibility for deaf and hard of hearing people who use hearing aids and cochlear implants compatible with this system. Thanks to this technology, they can perceive the sound information in a clearer way, without distortion.
  • Braille menu: the goal is to improve the independence and autonomy of blind people, so that they can read, without needing help from third parties, the ESPLORE menu.

  • Accessible cutlery: the cutlery that is offered to all the guests of Esplore, has a special tactile feature that makes its position easily identified, helping to make the restaurant experience more comfortable for people with visual disabilities.

  • Beepcons: a beepcon is an intelligent interior guidance beacon that allows blind people to move around the premises with total autonomy and to know the location of the bar or the restrooms. It works with an app that can be downloaded on the mobile device. The device then sends alerts with a beep or vibration to notify of the presence of a beepcon. Once the alert is accepted, the app informs the user how to go to a place or to find an object.

Esplore is accessibility!
